Effective date: July 2026. Jade Jarvis Photography LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) built jadejarvisphotography.com to help couples plan proposals, elopements, weddings, and boudoir sessions. This policy covers the information collected when you visit this site or use its forms.

Information You Provide Directly

Contact and inquiry forms on this site collect what you type into them: name, email, phone number, wedding or session date, location preferences, and any other details you share. The main contact form runs on HoneyBook, a client-management platform I use to run my business; anything you submit there goes straight into my HoneyBook account, not a database on this website. The boudoir inquiry form runs on Netlify's form handling instead, since it's a longer, more detailed form; those submissions land in my Netlify dashboard and my email inbox.

Information Collected Automatically

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure the results of my advertising. These tools collect standard analytics data, like which pages you visit, how long you stay, and what device or browser you're using, through cookies and similar technology. That data is routed through this domain before reaching Google, but it's still processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy, worth a look if you want the full technical detail.

How This Information Gets Used

Information from contact and inquiry forms is used for one purpose: responding to you and planning your session if you book with me. Analytics data helps me understand which pages and locations are useful to visitors, and helps me run more relevant ads instead of showing them to people who'd never be interested. I don't sell your information to anyone, for any reason.

Where Your Information Is Stored

This website itself is hosted on Netlify and doesn't run its own database, so the site's code doesn't store your personal information directly. Form submissions live in the third-party services that process them: HoneyBook for the main contact form, Netlify's form storage for the boudoir inquiry form. If you book a session, payment and invoicing happen through Bluevine, a separate service from this website.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure ad performance. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's privacy settings, or use Google's own Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you'd rather not be tracked at all. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to browse the site or submit an inquiry.

Your Choices

You're never required to fill out a form on this site, and you can ask me directly what information I have on file for you, or ask me to delete it, by reaching out through the contact page.

Children's Privacy

This site and its services are meant for adults planning proposals, weddings, elopements, and boudoir sessions. It isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
