You want wedding day memories, not a performance

You’ve decided to get married in Utah. Now you want the day to feel like your life: your people around you, your partner right in front of you, grandma doing the worm on the dance floor.

You don’t want the constant posing. You don’t want the pressure to look like a magazine cover instead of yourself.

You want beautiful Utah wedding day photos, and a wedding day you remember living, not just posing for.

start planning your wedding day

you want to enjoy the party you spent months planning, but everything feels like a performance for “picture perfect” instead of the happiest day of your lives

You cherish connection over choreography, unscripted reactions over rehearsed poses. Your perfect wedding day isn’t about hitting every pose on a shot list, it’s about your people, your person, and moments you’d want to remember even without a camera there.

Between family logistics, guest lists, and timelines, you’re picturing your wedding day to feel joyful and easy, but instead feeling like you’re managing a production instead of getting married. You don’t want a stiff, staged photo session pretending to be a wedding. You want a day that looks and feels like your life.

Whether it’s a temple sealing, a full ceremony and reception, or a courthouse wedding with an adventure after, I document what’s happening in front of me instead of directing a performance for the camera. That’s where I come in.

Let’s ditch the staged performance and document your unique wedding day memories

I believe your wedding should be more than just a checklist and a shot list you have to perform for. It should be a day built around your people, your person, and the moments that happen on their own, not the ones staged to look that way.

You’re here because you want more than pretty photos. You want life-long memories.

You want a wedding day that’s memorable and beautiful without the stress of posing for pictures. As your Utah wedding photographer, I document your day and keep the camera from ever feeling like the main event.

What’s included in your Utah Wedding experience?

You believe the most important part of your wedding is remembering the people who were part of it. They might not be there in 5 years, and having these photos of them with you in one of your most important moments could mean everything. Your photos aren’t supposed to fill someone else’s Pinterest board. Your photos are for your photo album and remembering grandpa’s smile. They’re something that’s uniquely yours.

hey there! I’m Jade, your Utah Wedding photographer

I know how many conflicting voices there are about planning your wedding. I just did it myself. Weddings are a celebration of your relationship, and you should have the final say on everything.

Your wedding day should be a day where you can relax and focus on your new spouse. As an oldest daughter, I come fully prepared to boss everyone around so we get family photos done quickly and efficiently.

I spent years shooting in the fast-paced music industry, where every photo is a once-in-a-lifetime shot that needs a quick eye and good reflexes. I bring those same reflexes to your wedding to catch the candid moments you’ll want to keep forever.

“My husband and I had such an amazing experience from our proposal, engagement, bridal, and wedding day! Jade was able to do it all and make us so happy with the results. We were very impressed with the skills she has and especially the organization she keeps. She is very kind and made each of our photo shoots special. It was so easy to decide on location and poses because of her and her expertise. We would love to book again in the future and we highly recommend :)”

“It was a HUGE burden off my shoulders on the wedding day to just know you were in charge of telling everyone where to go and what to do and how to pose. We could just relax and enjoy! And more than all of that, the end product of the actual photos has been absolutely stunning for each event! You really know how to capture not only the event and its happenings but also the atmosphere/mood AND the people!”
